By selecting "I Agree" during Association account registration, the Association confirms that it:
- Has read and understood this Agreement
- Agrees to the Terms of Service
- Accepts the Privacy Policy
- Agrees to the Member Data Processing Agreement terms described above
- Confirms the representations and warranties set out in Part I, Section 3 of the Terms of Service
- Confirms that the individual registering has authority to bind the Association to this Agreement
Note — This Agreement is designed to operate consistently with the MedicalPRO Clinic Platform, MyHealth, and Vendor Platform Agreements, as components of one integrated MedicalPRO Platform.
MedicalPRO reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to registered Associations. Continued use of the Association Hub after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
