1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how MedicalPRO collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the Association Hub. MedicalPRO is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and, as a matter of Platform-wide policy, standards consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Nature of data processed — Member data in the Association Hub — name, professional credentials, license number, specialty, and contact details — is professional and identity data. It is not clinical or patient health data. It is nonetheless treated with the same rigor as health data elsewhere on the Platform, given its sensitivity and its public-facing use in the verified badge and member directory.

Member data is provided and controlled by the Association, subject to the Association's warranties in Part I, Section 3.
3. Purpose of Processing
Information is processed for purposes including operating the Association's membership management tools, sending renewal and communication notices, displaying verified badges, publishing content, maintaining system security, and providing the Association with analytics regarding its own membership.
MedicalPRO does not sell member data.
4. Data Security
MedicalPRO implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication systems, role-based access controls, monitoring and logging mechanisms, and secure cloud infrastructure, consistent with the safeguards applied across the MedicalPRO Platform.
5. Data Sharing
MedicalPRO does not disclose member data to third parties except to cloud infrastructure and system service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by legal compliance.
Where a member's badge status is displayed on their MedicalPRO clinic profile, and where the Association publishes Members Only content, member verification status (active, expiring, expired) is checked internally to determine access — this check does not disclose the member's data to any party outside the Platform.
6. Data Subject Rights
An individual member has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their membership data, consistent with GDPR-equivalent protection applied across the Platform.
Requests should be submitted to MedicalPRO at privacy@medicalprosoftware.com and will be handled as described in Part I, Section 10 of the Terms of Service.
7. Data Retention
Member data uploaded by an Association is retained for as long as the Association's subscription remains active, or until the Association removes a specific member record.
Upon cancellation or termination of the Association's account, data is retained and deleted in accordance with the schedule set out in Part I, Section 7 of the Terms of Service, except where a member has independently activated their own MedicalPRO Clinic Platform account, in which case that member's own account data is governed separately by the Clinic Platform Agreement.
